Infrastructure Security EngineerSeeking a skilled Infrastructure Security Engineer to join a huge outsourcing company on a full time, permanent basis.This is an important, exciting opportunity within a team responsible for providing infrastructure services to agreed service levels with a particular emphasis around infrastructure security. You will work as part of the infrastructure team providing infrastructure (server/network) support services to the client in line with service level agreements within an ITIL aligned environment.The successful applicant must have a strong background in infrastructure support and development as well as specific experience in aspects in infrastructure security such as antivirus, firewalls, mail scanning and remote access.All applicants must have the following skills and experience:-An understanding of delivering support in a service centre environment.-Working knowledge of centre enterprise toolsets including service management systems, desktop and QMS knowledge bases.-Use of remote support tools such as SMS.-Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, preferably to MCP level windows 2003 server.-Websense content security (anti virus and internet content)-Nokia, PIX and Cisco Firewalls.-Intrusion Detection software.-McAfee Antivirus.
