Maintenance Superintendent
You will direct and schedule the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment. Short-term preventative maintenance and long-term equipment longevity should be a key objective for you.

Extensive maintenance management experience in a heavy industrial setting (mining, milling, mineral, steel, pulp and paper, aggregate, etc).
Strong mechanical aptitude
Extensive preventative and predictive maintenance experience
Strong experience dealing with a unionized workforce
Strong project management experience
Knowledge of crushing, grinding, and drying equipment
Significant experience using computerized maintenance management software is a definite asset
Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Location: Toronto and area, Ontario
