Administration Support

Our down town client has an (long term open-ended contract) Administration and Clerical Support position available. This dynamic, sometimes challenging position supports the Department Manager and two Supervisors.

Responsibilities
Provides occasional phone coverage and mail delivery duties
Performs both electronic and hard-copy filing
Performs documentation updates
Assists with data collection
Assists in data manipulation and entry into in-house software.
General Administration duties: book meetings, type up documents, book travel arrangements, etc.

Qualifications
Administration Certificate or equivalent level of experience
Proficient in using MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel
Knowledge or experience with MS Access is an asset
Understand administration and management of large amounts of data
Flexible and able to embrace change and changing priorities
Able to work well in both one-on-one and team or group settings
Able to work with minimal supervision

Hourly rate for this role is $18-$20/hr.
This role can lead to Full time permanent employment.
