Job Informations: BearingPoint is seeking Managers with at least 10 years of experience in business development and delivery management of SAP HR solutions to manage and deliver large, complex SAP engagements that recognize, propose, and execute creative business solutions and technology solutions for our clients.
Specific Background expertise to include: Strong Payroll consultant who has hands on SAP US and Global Payroll configuration experience; must have strong knowledge of gross/net payroll configuration.Previous experience authoring payroll training related materials and delivering SAP Payroll training in a customer environment. Individuals in Management positions are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including but not limited to:Manage risk, project finances including planning and budgeting, define deliverable content, ensures buy-in of projected solutions from top management levels at the clientDevelop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, and contribute to proposal pricing strategy.Increase awareness and reputation of the BearingPoint SAP HR Practice through development of solutions and methodologies, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.Team building through mentoring and coaching, provide input and guidance into the firms hiring process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.Requirements:8+ years configuration experience in three or more SAP modules through 4+ full life cycle implementation projects, with expertise in Payroll for US and Global ImplementationsExpertise with business process redesign. Demonstrated understanding of SAP ASAP implementation methodologyDemonstrable experience in client/customer-facing roles with management and client executives, with evidence of organizational change management skillsCapability to lead teams of 15+ resourcesBS/BA in Computer Science, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or other appropriate discipline.Applicants must be located in the United States and be willing to accommodate a travel schedule of 100% during the week.
