You値l be part of the Software Licensing Team, responsible for monitoring and auditing desktops, servers, laptops and PDA痴 within SLC across all 4 sites. You値l troubleshoot and assist in the audit process for software compliance that enables SLC to maintain FAST Gold status. Working closely with the Desktop support and Network teams, you値l investigate and remove items or upgrades and rollouts of new applications across whole estate.
Exposure to working within a basic technical capacity and experience of adding and removing software within an XP environment are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work on personal initiative, as well as working within a team environment are also required. This is a customer-focussed role and strong communication skills at all levels of management are essential.
