Job Description: Digital Producer / Multimedia Project Manager needed urgently for contract work for 3 months, working for one of the top Public sector client’s based in Oxfordshire. The purpose of the role is to manage the simultaneous delivery of 9 CD-ROMs over a three-month period. On these CD-ROMs will be flash-based applications that are created by taking existing Flash templates and integrating into modified flash shells. The project manager would need to work with external developers, internal editorial groups and internal production assistants to deliver the CD-ROMs. Essential skills: equivalent of a digital producer or Multimedia project manager, experience managing versioned or reversioned (as opposed to new or bespoke) Multimedia projects to tight deadlines. At least 2 years Project management experience, experience in delivering CD-ROMs. Publishing experience, organisational, communications and risk management skills are essential. Knowledge of Flash and XML is essential. Excellent communication and client facing skills. £160 - £180 Per Day, 3 month contract starting immediately.
