Our leading client has a very exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Support Analyst/ First line Support Analyst. You will be responsible for applications support and escalation where/ when needed to the 2nd Line support area.
In the role of Helpdesk Support you will have held a similar role previous to this gained from within a fairly challenging environment and have proven knowledge of Applications support/ Software Support
There will be shift work involved with this role and the candidate must be happy with this commitment. Shift allowance applicable
